Great to see the work we have been doing on relay runs, mini hurdles, jumps and chest push has paid off. We need to improve on our soft javelin throw!

Congratulations to all athletes who took part.
Many thanks also to our fab team of coaches lead by Virginia who advised and helped the team all afternoon;

Sue and Fred on stop watch
Bea on finish line
Rob – field events team manager
Nicola and Vera team support
Plus of course;

Gillian on score system, with help from Stephen
